David Evertson DVM-Owner
Dr. Evertson received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State University in 1994. He also has a bachelors degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Wyoming in 1990. Dr. Evertson enjoys large animal practice and particularily has an interest in Equine reproduction and dentistry. |
Dana Petersen DVM-Owner
Dr. Petersen received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State University in 1997. She also has a bachelors degree in Animal Science from KSU in 1995. Her husband, Dr. David Evertson, and Dr. Pertersen both own Alpine Animal Hospital. They have three sons: Dawson, Devon, and Dax. They have a border collie named Rigby, two horses: Belle and Bonnie, and 2 cats. In her free time Dr. Petersen enjoys quilting, scrapbooking, and reading. Her professional interests are small animal soft tissue surgery, puppy training, and rehabilitation/physical therapy. |

Jacque Murray DVM, MS-Associate
Dr. Murray received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University in 2006. She also has a Masters degree in Pathobiology from the University of Wyoming in 2001, and a bachelors degree from UW in 1998. Dr. Murray and her husband Aaron, have a son named Jackson. They have one dog, Wally, and two cats. In her free time she likes jogging, mountain biking, snowboarding, and is a season ticket holder to UW football, and mens and womens basketball. Along with being certififed in veterinary accupuncture, her other professional interests include small animals, internal medicine, and preventive medicine. |
Crystal Gill, DVM-Associate
Dr. Gill received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University in 2006. She also received a BS at Murray State University in 2001. Dr. Gill and her husband Brad have two boys, Quinn and Quade. They have 2 horses, Wink and Stitch, 2 dogs, Gus and Annie, 2 cats, Pickles and Noodles and a cow named Clyde. Dr. Gill grew up in Laramie and her hobbies are trap & target shooting, horseback riding, snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, traveling and camping. Her professional interests consist of equine treatment, small animal surgery and bovine obstetrics. |

Niki Nicholas DVM-Associate
Dr. Nicholas received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State University in 2008. She also obtained a Bachelors degreee from Southwestern College in 2004. She grew up in Johnson, KS, where her father is a farmer and her mother is a Nurse. She also has one older sister that lives in Kansas City. In her free time she likes playing basketball, volleyball, skiing, hiking, fishing, and horseback riding. Her professional interests are Small Animal Surgery, and Equine Breeding Management. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the American Association of Equine Practitioners |
Sara McReynolds DVM, MPH-Associate
Dr. McReynolds received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State University in 2008. She also has a bachelors degree from Dordt College in 2004, and recently completed a Masters in Public Health from Kansas State University in 2008. Dr. McReynolds grew up on a farm and ranch in Northern Kansas. Her parents still live on the farm and she has two brothers and their families. In her spare time she likes to play and watch sports including outdoor activities, read, bake, scrapbook and quilt. Her professional interests include bovine medicine and surgery, equine, and small animals. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Academy of Veterinary Consultants, American Association of Bovine Practitioners, and the Christian Veterinary Mission. |

Joan Talbott DVM-Associate Dr. Talbott received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State University in 2008 and her Masters in Public Health in 2009. She also obtained her Bachelors in Biology from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 2004. Dr. Talbott enjoys running and playing sports, quilting, fishing and other outdoor activities. She grew up in Columbus, NE, where her parents still reside. Dr. Talbott's two brothers and their families live in Lincoln, NE. She spent two years at a busy small animal practice in Las Vegas, NV before coming to Laramie with her Rottweiler, Rebel, and cat, Theo. Dr. Talbott's professional interests include veterinary public health and small animal medicine and surgery. |
