Online Pharmacy Policy

AAH does not write prescriptions for online or discount pharmacies.  We cannot verify the authenticity of the medications or guarantee the efficacy of these products.  Many manufacturers will not stand behind the products and/or offer treatment reimbursement, should complications arise, for items distributed through online pharmacies.  Furthermore, the majority of these online pharmacies are not registered with the Wyoming Board of Pharmacy.  We feel this policy is in the best interest of our paitents, our primary concern.

GENERAL POLICIES

v     Current CANINE (dog) vaccinations to include:

o       Rabies, as required by the local municipality

o       Distemper virus, Adenovirus, Para Influenza, Parvovirus (commonly called distemper/parvo combination)

o       Bordetella

v     Current FELINE (cat) vaccinations to include:

o       Rabies, as required by the local municipality

o       Panleukopenia, Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus (commonly called feline distemper combination)

v     Special exceptions may be made for the elderly or those guests with chronic diseases.

v     Internal and External Parasite Free

o       Proof of prescription de-worming within the last 3 months or monthly de-wormer such as Iverhart, Heartgard, or Advantage Multi. We can provide this service for your pet if necessary.

o       If your pet is found to be infected, appropriate treatment will be initiated at your expense.

v     All pets staying with us must be free of any visible signs of contagious disease.

v     For safety reasons, personal bedding and plush toys are not allowed at the lodge.

v     The listed preventative health measures are necessary to protect our guests and to keep our play areas as clean and disease free as possible.

v     Two walks per day (morning and evening) are included. For an additional fee your pet can have a third walk during the day.

v     Pets needing daily medication can be accommodated for an additional fee.
