The Associate Veterinarian will perform the full range of professional veterinary duties. These include, but are not limited to, either large or small animal patient examination, diagnosis, treatment, or surgery. They will utilize client communication, problem solving and leadership skills, and work well with the team to take the best care possible of the patients we have in clinic.

Associate Veterinarian
Certified (Licensed/Registered) Veterinary Technician
Veterinary Technicians work under the supervision of our doctors. They assist with running diagnostics and lab work, administering medications, prepping patients for surgery and monitoring anesthesia, collecting samples, observing patient behavior and condition, and so much more.

These positions are currently well staffed, but we always accept resumes and will keep them on hand for when positions DO open.
Veterinary Assistant
Veterinary Assistants work under the supervision of the doctors and veterinary technicians here at the clinic. They assist with animal restraint, ensuring sanitary conditions in our ICU and pre/post-surgery monitoring area, client communication, medication administration, and all other needs a doctor/tech need an extra hand for.
Kennel Technician
A Kennel Technician’s main priority is the health and care of the patients we have boarding in the Alpine Lodge. This includes daily rounds with the boarders, walking, feeding, medicating, and ensuring their kennel remains clean and sanitary. They also help with light maintenance work around the clinic.
Customer Service Representative
Our CSR are the forefront of client communication for the clinic. They handle all calls and emails that are received, as well as manage records, scheduling, patient check-ins, prescription refill requests, and other miscellaneous clerical tasks.
Intern/Extern Opportunities
Here at Alpine Animal Hospital, we are always excited to help future veterinary professionals on their education journey. We offer extern/intern opportunities for both students of Veterinary Medicine and Veterinary Technology.
We are typically able to host two extern/interns at a time, and have a housing option available for those who need.
